Everything HR provides outsourced HR solutions for organisations with limited or no HR function. We provide tailored solutions to a range of small to large businesses across all industries.

We are now looking for HR Consultants to join our team to be the key day-to-day contact for some of our outsourced client work. You must be used to working autonomously in fast paced, dynamic environments and your attention to detail, positive work ethic and solution focus will help you succeed in this role. This role is a hybrid arrangement where you will need to attend some of the client sites in-person for some of the week and the remainder of the week can be worked from home. We are open to both full-time and part-time working arrangements.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop policies and procedures and other HR documentation
- Develop and deliver training programs
- Oversee recruitment activities and on-boarding
- Coach Managers on dealing with employee related issues
- Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation
- Assist in workplace investigations and mediations

**About You**
- Minimum 5 years Australian experience in a generalist HR role ideally at an HR Consultant level
- Strong organisation, communication, influencing and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, problem solve, show initiative and manage HR tasks
- Strong business acumen
- Able to remain calm under pressure and work in fast-paced environment

Part-time hours: 24 - 40 per week

**Salary**: Up to $120,000.00 per year
