The Growth Lead, part of the JOLT Hub, will set the direction of JOLT’s growth and marketing strategy for the hub’s new product/service launches and support the business to leverage the core Medibank and Amplar capabilities.

This pivotal role will help the business achieve its goals by defining our growth plan, coordinating, and executing growth programs, and optimising activities across channels for both B2B and B2B2C segments.

**So what does this entail, you ask? Below are some of the key things you will do in your day to day**:

- Developing and leading the execution of a comprehensive growth strategy, aligning with the JOLT Hub ambitions and goals
- Prioritising initiatives across the hub’s ambition to launch Shared Value /Social Impact products and services
- Co-designing a holistic GTM strategies and plan to launch JOLT (shared Value) products and services
- Working with a range of stakeholders across the business and being able to manage, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
- Building and nurturing a network of change agents across the business to help drive growth and innovation.
- Analysing and reporting on the performance of growth strategies, providing insights to the New Ventures LT
- Co-designing, monitoring and reporting on Growth Key Performance Metrics and Social impact metrics
- Fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation, encouraging team members to contribute to growth strategies.

**Now, who are you?**

Enough about us, let’s talk about youyou are degree qualified and will have proven experience in a Growth Marketing role, with both B2B and B2C experience and a bias to health and/or digital products/services.

You will have significant understanding of and experience with digital marketing tools, CRM software and data analysis tools.

You are someone who enjoys structured problem solving using concepts such as problem definition, hypotheses testing and analysis planning.

You have brilliant communication and presentation skills and are proactive and thrive in independent and collaborative fast-paced, dynamic environments.

You are at ease with delivering presentations and are someone who can ‘read the room’, understand what’s required and communicate with clarity.

You are also confident using tools such as Miro, Photoshop, Jira and Figma.
