The Role

We are seeking an experienced category expert with a proven track record in driving category growth whilst leading a high performing team of four. You will be strategically and commercially focused, ideally have a strong background in FMCG.

You will be a leader that inspires and energizes your team, fostering collaboration to ensure your team has a shared vision and clear objectives to contribute to Bega Group’s 5-year strategic plan.

Responsibilities- Develop and drive actionable beverage category growth strategies- Lead the Point of Purchase process and build point of purchase strategies across all beverage categories and channels to unlock sustainable growth- Create compelling, objective and insights led category stories that guide enhanced portfolio participation choices across beverages- Oversee preparation of grocery and convenience customer range reviews for beverage categories to achieve quality results- Lead, develop and engage a high performing category team

About you- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or similar- Significant FMCG category management experience- Experience in leading highly engaged and thriving teams- Experience in customer facing/marketing role- Successful category strategy development and delivery- Effective partnering with sales and customers to sell ideas, influence and negotiate fit for purpose outcomes
