Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Analysis
- Analyse complex market and organisational situations to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and recommend long-term strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and market segments.
- Analyse competitive landscape to identify areas for expansion and growth
- Adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing market conditions and organizational priorities. Maintain flexibility to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration to support shared objectives and organizational success.
- Clearly articulate strategic ideas, proposals, and insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Influence decision-makers to support strategic initiatives.
- Work effectively with diverse teams across departments to ensure alignment. Facilitate effective communication to support organizational cohesion and goal achievement.
- Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing market conditions, organizational priorities, or partner needs.
Negotiation and Problem Solving
- Lead negotiations to establish beneficial arrangements for the business
- Balance assertiveness with collaboration to achieve favourable outcomes. Identify challenges and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Project Management
- Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects.
- Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Market & Opportunity Identification
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and market segments.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, including competitors, trends, and customer needs, to identify opportunities for growth
