The Growth Specialist position is a junior role strategically designed to support the Growth Lead in executing our Corporate Health and Wellbeing Hub in Ventures comprehensive growth strategy.

Are you ready to dive into a world of health, wellness, and innovation We're searching for a creative thinker who can help us develop and deliver a wide range of innovative corporate health and wellbeing propositions working on health projects related to menopause, financial & sleep wellbeing and many more.

This dynamic role encompasses initiatives to support delivering go-to-market activities for diverse propositions designed for B2B and B2B2E audiences.

**Your impact**:

- Assess proposition goals, explore new approaches, measure performance, tangibly contributing to the Hub’s growth.
- Support with the execution of a comprehensive growth strategy, aligning with the Hub’s ambitions and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the tech-health space.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Hub’s Service Integration and Mental Health squads to support delivering growth initiatives and overall business goals.
- Support delivering B2B and B2B2E initiatives, cross-sell and retention programs across the design, build and delivery phases.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation, encouraging team members to contribute to growth strategies.
