**About the business and the role**

ADACS Security Pty Ltd is a national provider in the installation and servicing of all electronic security systems. We offer CCTV, IP Video Solutions, Intercoms, Commercial Access Control and Alarms to commercial and residential customers across Australia. We are now expanding our office and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

**Description**:
Plans and undertakes administration of organisational programs, special projects, and support services.

**Tasks**:

- Developing, reviewing, and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and services.
- Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected.
- Managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects, and services provided.
- Working with project managers, architects, engineering professionals, owners, and others to ensure goals are met.
- Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions.
- Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders.
- Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities.
- Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken and reporting on project outcomes.
- Reviewing and arranging new office accommodation.

**Salary**: $51,748.60 - $65,706.87 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Yarra, VIC 3141: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 5 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
