**About the Role**
As the **Regional Manager**, you will drive service excellence and profitability across our Victorian dealerships. This is a leadership-by-influence role, where you will mentor and coach service leaders, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
Your ability to inspire and guide service leaders, coupled with your focus on continuous improvement, will play a critical role in achieving consistent growth, customer satisfaction, and sustainable profitability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Focus**: Drive customer satisfaction and retention while resolving escalated customer matters effectively.
- **Leadership & Development**: Coach and build capability in Service Managers to develop high-performing, customer-focused teams.
- **Business Improvement**: Lead initiatives to improve service throughput, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- **Operational Excellence**: Embed consistent processes, performance action plans, and safety-first culture across service locations.
- **Profitability**: Improve service profitability through better planning, strategic growth, and efficiency improvements.
**Success in this role requires**:
- Extensive experience in a Service department leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Service department operations and P&L fundamentals.
- Proven experience coaching teams and influencing leadership at all levels.
- Ability to develop and implement operational plans and process improvements.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders, including OEMs.
- Passion for customer service and a collaborative, safety-first mindset.
