We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager to lead and support a high-performing team of Territory Sales Managers, with Victoria as the main base and coverage across multiple states.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping regional sales strategy, driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and empowering your team to deliver commercial excellence in-market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Sales Managers across four states.
  • Execute regional sales strategies aligned with national priorities and business objectives.
  • Monitor team performance, provide actionable feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and success.
  • Identify growth opportunities, drive distribution and product visibility, and build strong relationships with retail partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of plans.
  • Regular travel interstate to provide in-field support and leadership.

About You

  • Proven experience in leading field-based sales teams in a multi-state or national capacity.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, account management, and retail channel dynamics.
  • Inspirational and empowering leadership style with a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in the beauty, FMCG, or pharmacy channel is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make data-informed decisions.
