This business is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to join its team in Victoria. This position is going to be pivotal in their business. They are looking for someone eager to progress into a GM-level role as this position has a clear development path into one.
As an iconic Australian retailer with over 100-150 stores and a growing online presence, they are committed to inspiring a better way of life. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop store teams across Victoria.
As a Regional Manager, your main focus will be to coach and mentor store teams to maximise profits and enhance customer experience. You will also be responsible for driving a high-performance culture and ensuring a customer-centric approach.
What you will do
- Deliver top-line sales and EBIT targets in the region
- Control remuneration costs and maximise profit by reducing shrink
- Develop productive relationships with external parties
- Ensure there is an engaged and motivated workforce and plan in place across all stores
- Provide effective performance management and coaching to team members
- Understand the customer, seek and act on customer feedback
- Maintain a safe working environment
