About the Role:

As a Regional Manager, you will be at the forefront of their retail revolution, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of their brand. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic leadership and direction to the store teams across a selection of retail locations. You will lead a talented group of Store Managers, ensuring that they achieve and exceed their key performance targets and commercial goals.

Skills and Experience:

To excel in this role, they are looking for a visionary leader with a track record of success in multi-store management. A minimum of 7 years in multi site. You should possess excellent business acumen, with a deep understanding of retail operations and a proven ability to drive sales and profitability.

As a natural motivator and communicator, you will build strong relationships with your team, inspiring them to deliver outstanding customer experiences and foster a positive work environment.

Your extensive experience in implementing sales strategies, analysing data, and identifying market trends will be instrumental in guiding their expansion plans and optimising store performance.

You will spend your days within the stores developing the leaders and enhancing the performance of all Store Managers. You are a coach, you can drive results, you have your finger on the pulse.

Additionally, your exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability will enable you to overcome challenges in this ever-changing industry.
