About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing global new energy vehicle company. To support its expansion in Australia, the company is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager in Melbourne.
Note: As the company is in the process of establishing its Australian entity, this role will be hired through a local Employer of Record (EOR) partner for compliance purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy and execution in Melbourne & Victoria region.
- Build, maintain, and expand dealer network to drive growth.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and inventory.
- Achieve market share and sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and dealer support.
Requirements
- 8+ years in automotive sales, ideally with established dealer network resources in Australia.
- Strong record in achieving sales growth and channel development.
- Knowledge of Australian automotive regulations and consumer laws.
- Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
Location
Melbourne, covering the Victoria region.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
