Continued growth has led to the opportunity for an experienced Sales Support person to join the business to support the sales process alongside the Executive Management and Business Development Managers.
**The Role**
As an integral member of the team, the role sits at the heart of the business working closely with the internal team and external clients. The role’s primary focus is to support the Exec and BDM’s and will suit you if you are a clear communicator, a good thinker and problem solver who is both proactive and pragmatic with the ability to prioritise. The role is multi-faceted, challenging, and will suit you if you thrive in a dynamic environment.
**Key activities include**:
- Liaising with the Business Development Managers to organise and manage client appointments
- Assisting with proposals, Government Tenders, RFP's etc
- Prepare statement of works (SOW), obtain sign offs for contracts and other documents as required for both consultants and clients
- Liaise with clients to manage contract renewals / extensions
- Liaise with on-site consultants with respect to their extensions and renewals and to be a point of contact for issues / queries
- Assist the finance team in obtaining POs, controlling project budgets and generating burndown reports for the management team
- Onboarding new consultants and new clients
- Following up consultant’s timesheets, ensuring alignment with each ongoing project
- Establishing new projects in the company timesheet system
- Other duties as needed

**Your Experience**
- Proven experience as an EA, Sales support or similar role supporting senior management
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels
- Ideally you will have worked in or been exposed to Project Management disciplines, although, this is not essential
- Proven ability to manage multiple activities while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Proven ability supporting senior stakeholders
- Proven experience interacting with customers
- Ideally you will have experience with a CRM system - training will be provided
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation ability
- Must have the ability to work with diverse personalities to set and manage expectations
- Salesforce experience desirable but not essential
