The Sales Agency is an upcoming and fast-growing company based in Sydney. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Sales Advisor to join our vibrant team.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that our customers receive world-class service. Your primary role will be to guide customers through their purchasing journey, helping them make informed decisions and offering solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in-store, online, or via phone to provide expert advice on products/services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Manage transactions and ensure accurate processing of customer orders.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to answer customer queries effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on sales promotions, offers, and product launches.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to exceed targets.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.84 - $36.41 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Monthly bonus
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
