About the Role:

The Duty Manager is responsible for managing front-of-house operations and supporting the team in delivering memorable guest experiences. Reporting to the site senior leadership team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading daily operations, including venue opening and closing, cash handling, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
  • Coaching team members on Service Steps, equipping them to deliver excellent service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Handling guest escalations and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
  • Effectively managing rosters, maintaining venue cleanliness and presentation, and ensuring compliance with OHS, food safety, and security standards.
  • Supporting inventory processes, accurately recording stock movements, and maintaining high standards of venue presentation.

About You:

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Guest Experience Supervisor or someone with similar experience ready to take on more responsibility. You'll excel in this role if you have:

Availability Requirements:

Our Duty Managers play a vital role during peak periods. We need team members who are available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Please discuss your availability with your manager before applying.
