**The role**:

**The key responsibilities required for this role are**:
Responsible for establishing and managing strategic governance meetings

Responsible for developing and monitoring service credit frameworks, as outlined in the contract(s)

Provide insights and input into forward planning for processing operations planning and benchmarking

Participate in daily operational stand-ups with service delivery partners, where required

Establish and manage operational and governance meetings with service delivery partners, including providing feedback on quality and planning requirements

Identify and manage (inc escalation where necessary) of issues and risks
