**The Opportunity**:
Our Fed Gov Client requires the services of a Commercial Relationship Manager to assist with leading the relationships with several key service delivery partners.

You will act as the primary interface between delivery partners and the Client and provide oversight, guidance, governance, operations planning, and benchmarking, among other duties as detailed below:

- Contribute to commercial negotiations with the Client's service delivery partners ensuring any variations meet value for money assessments
- Responsible for establishing and managing strategic governance meetings
- Responsible for developing and monitoring service credit frameworks, as outlined in the contract(s)
- Provide insights and input into forward planning for processing operations planning and benchmarking
- Participate in daily operational stand-ups with service delivery partners, where required
- Establish and manage operational and governance meetings with service delivery partners, including providing feedback on quality and planning requirements

You must have 10+ years experience in strategic Commercial Relationship Management, preferably within a contact centre environment, and will have led strategic service delivery arrangements, with an emphasis on national call centres.

Additionally, you will have a strong understanding of Service Level Agreements and handling complex contracts along with management of Key Performance Indicators, under mínimal supervision with the service delivery partners.

- **You must hold a Current Baseline Security Clearance or higher**
