Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Commercial Relationship Manager on a contract for 12 months with potential extension.
**About the Role**:
The Relationship Manager will act as the primary interface between delivery partners and the APO and provide oversight, guidance, governance, operations planning, and benchmarking, among other duties as detailed below:
- Contribute to commercial negotiations with APO service delivery partners ensuring any variations meet value for money assessments
- Responsible for establishing and managing strategic governance meetings
- Responsible for developing and monitoring service credit frameworks, as outlined in the contract(s)
- Provide insights and input into forward planning for processing operations planning and benchmarking
- Participate in daily operational stand-ups with service delivery partners, where required
- Establish and manage operational and governance meetings with service delivery partners, including providing feedback on quality and planning requirements
- Identify and manage (inc escalation where necessary) of issues and risks
- Other duties as required to support the APO in it's commercial relationship management with it's key service delivers partners
