We have an opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager position based in Canberra
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, establishing and managing the service delivery team, delivering key contract initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems and reporting. The role also ensures efficient and consistent operation of all facility activities to meet contractual obligations with respect to the property portfolio of the Client.
**Major responsibilities include**:
- Client and Stakeholder Management
- Managing the Client contract
- Managing & inspiring your team
- Partnering with the Client/Stakeholder(s)
- Keeping an eye on the Site & Operations
- Risk Management
**About you...**
We are always on the lookout for motivated self-starters with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the organisation, your team and clients, who thrive on building relationships and providing service excellence.
We are looking for some that has exemplary track record in workplace and facilities management that has been proven over time and who passionately inspires and encourages a 'customer and team' focused vision and vocabulary.
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field &/or 10+ years’ experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field
- Knowledge of property management systems and strong computer literacy is essential as well as exposure managing a P&L.
- Strong communicator - Good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills, also an active listener
- Passion for quality - has an eye for detail to make sure the best delivery of services
- Self-motivated; confident & energetic
- Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations
- Flexible - able to adapt to rapidly changing situations
- Strongly goal-oriented - able to focus on meeting all performance targets
- Is a team player - able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
- Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
- Exhibits honesty & trustworthiness
- Open to new ideas & willing to challenge status quo
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
- Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts
- Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
