**Your new role**
Working as the Commercial Property Manager, you will be tasked with the operational management of a commercial portfolio comprising of multiple assets. The role can currently be performed 2/3 days a week with the anticipation of growth in the coming months.
- Less commercial exposure with a large residential background, with the ability to work full-time hours
- High level of commercial experience/aptitude with the ability to work part time hours

Intrinsic duties will be comprised of three main areas.

Financial
- Using Xero software, work with the finance team to formulate annual income, expenditure budgets and undertake monthly forecasting
- Focusing on leasing costs, incentives and variance analysis
- Being accountable for the preparation, review and approval on annual outgoings/reconciliations
- Using “myBuildings” (Core Vision software) for the daily facility management functions of the portfolio
- The successful applicant would need to assist in the management of this system alongside the facility managers
- Managing all associated functions of MRI software for the commercial office portfolio and future residential portfolio

Operational
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and periodic reports
- Maintain compliance and systems obligations in accordance with internal policies and procedures
- Responsible for all applicable lease documentation
- Review and management of internal systems in conjunction with internal stakeholders

Customer
- Conducting tenant relationship management with a high level of care and importance
- Solving complex problems effectively & efficiently
- Effective management of relationships with industry contractors

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be a person who enjoys partnering with internal & external stakeholders as well as being a professional with demonstrated exposure in either or both Commercial/Residential Property.

Some specific attributes we are seeking are;
- Strong financial management skills, including preparation of leasing documentation
- Be equipped to understand internal property and compliance systems
- Property related degree (desirable)
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Be a self-starter who is confident in their ability to deliver results
- Be hungry to grow and progress professionally
- Has the ability work 2/3 days a week
