In this role you will:

  • Process timesheets, expense claims, and invoices with accuracy and efficiency
  • Support month-end activities, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Assist with forecasting revenue, costs, and expenditure for Managed Services
  • Maintain accurate payroll, contract, and budget records
  • Collaborate with finance and service delivery teams across the business
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and assist with audits as required
  • Contribute to best practice processes that keep things running smoothly

About You

  • You have an understanding of basic accounting principles, including journal entries
  • You bring intermediate Excel skills and a knack for accuracy
  • You have 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or finance support role
  • You're confident juggling competing priorities while keeping detail in check
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy working with stakeholders at all levels

It's a bonus if you have…

  • A Certificate IV in Accounting or Bookkeeping
  • Experience in an IT Service Delivery environment
  • Hands-on experience with client management and billing systems
  • An understanding of project management processes or methodologies
