We are all about providing quality learning and education to empower individuals to reach their full potential. Our aim is to help people get qualified, find their career aspirations and reach new goals. We are looking for a Student Engagement Officer to join our team to manage students that may be at risk of disengagement from their studies and empower them towards course completion. **Duties & Responsibilities** - Assist with the re-engagement of at-risk students disengaged from their studies - Provide a solutions-focused approach to help students overcome obstacles they may be facing which is impacting their ability to study - Monitor student engagement in partnership with Trainers & Assessors - Key point of contact for students regarding concerns or grievances which may impact studies - Assist with new enrolment processes eg conducting "welcome calls" to new students **Essential Skills and Experience**: - Previous experience in a similar role/within student services (highly regarded) - Previous experience working in a RTO/Vet Sector - Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment - Previous experience with customer service - Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport - Problem solving skills
