Our aim is to help people get qualified, find their career aspirations and reach new goals. We are looking for a Student Engagement Officer to join our team to manage students that may be at risk of disengagement from their studies and empower them towards course completion.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist with the re-engagement of at-risk students disengaged from their studies
- Provide a solutions-focused approach to help students overcome obstacles they may be facing which is impacting their ability to study
- Monitor student engagement in partnership with Trainers & Assessors
- Key point of contact for students regarding concerns or grievances which may impact studies
- Assist with new enrolment processes eg conducting "welcome calls" to new students

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role/within student services (highly regarded)
- Previous experience working in a RTO/Vet Sector
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Previous experience with customer service
- Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- Problem solving skills
