We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a flair for creativity to take on the role of **Event Operations Coordinator**.

This role is the perfect blend of **administrative tasks**, **creative preparation work**, and **team management**, so if you love ticking off a to-do list while getting hands-on with beautiful event props and materials, this is the role for you

**About the Role**:
In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our small and supportive team, working both in the office and warehouse to ensure our events are organised, styled, and ready to wow our clients. You'll juggle admin tasks with hands-on creative preparation and manage a small team to keep everything running smoothly.

**Weekly Responsibilities Include**:

- Managing workflow, company deliverables and communication through our preferred online system.
- Organising the purchasing & ordering of supplies and styling items through preferred suppliers. Managing delivery / pick up of stock as needed.
- Creative physical work can include: choosing custom paint colours to match creative briefs, creating and printing in house custom decal signage using Cricut, choosing custom balloon colours to match creative briefs
- Preparing weekly run sheets and logistics and coordinating team shifts including rostering
- Coordinating and managing our warehouse & event preparation staff, ensuring tasks are on track, and assisting hands-on when needed.
- Working with event coordinators to manage event budgets, timelines and resources

**Additional Details**:

- The role is based in our **office/warehouse in Penrith**.
- It’s a **permanent part-time position** (~32 hours per week).
- Flexible start and finish times may be available depending on workload.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $59,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
