Panthers Penrith have an exciting opportunity for a bubbly, friendly and reliable customer service professional with an outgoing personality to assist our busy Marketing and entertainment team as a Promotions Coordinator.

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated team player with a welcoming smile to deliver outstanding customer service to our members and guests. You will enjoy a range of duties which will require you to support the operational aspects of bingo, cash housie, raffles and promotional activity for the Club.

**Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to**:

- Providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests;
- Calling bingo, raffles and promotions over microphone;
- Maintain cost and expenditure reports for Bingo and Raffles;
- Ordering prizes for raffles on a monthly basis as well as for any special events;
- Informing our members and guests about entertainment, functions, promotions and dining options etc;
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to and;
- Handling customer enquiries.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A confident and enthusiastic approach to your work;
- Charismatic personality and a welcoming nature;
- Experience using a microphone;
- Organisational skills;
- A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
- Fantastic communication skills, written and verbal;
- RSA and RCG Certificates and;
- High standard of personal grooming.

You will be passionate about consistently exceeding customer expectations, be positive, outgoing and approachable and have the initiative to work without supervision. Reliability is essential as you are required to be available nights and weekends.
