We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Sales & Marketing Coordinator** to join our dynamic team supporting multiple properties within our precinct. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional looking to grow their career in marketing and sales.

You’ll play a key role in supporting both the sales and marketing teams with day-to-day coordination, campaign execution, and client communication — ensuring our brand message is delivered consistently across all touchpoints.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales and marketing teams.
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and collateral production across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Maintain and update marketing assets, photography libraries, and content calendars.
- Assist with event coordination, familiarisations, and client functions.
- Track performance metrics and assist with monthly marketing and sales reporting.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and materials.

**About You**
- A passion for marketing, hospitality, and creating great client experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a hotel, event, or marketing environment is desirable but not essential.
