Canberra International Golf Centre is seeking a strategic, hands-on Venue Manager to lead day-to-day operations and help shape the future of this iconic venue. **The Role**:
As a key leader at Canberra International Golf Centre, you will:

- Drive exceptional guest and team experiences across all venue touchpoints.
- Lead daily operations, staff management, budgeting, and service delivery.
- Deliver the vision while preparing for future refurbishment and transformation.
- Oversee compliance with venue development approvals, liquor licensing, and safety legislation.
- Collaborate with key internal departments (HR, Marketing, Hospitality, Finance, IT).
- Engage with the local community and promote repeat visitation.
- Enhance revenue through innovative operations, technology, and product improvement.
- Ensure operational excellence, safety, and team empowerment.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the broader business.

**About You**:

- Proven leadership experience in multi-faceted venue or hospitality operations.
- Strong golf and retail knowledge; PGA certification or club fitting expertise a plus.
- Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and labour management.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for guest experience and innovation.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk, and operational safety standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team-building skills.
