**About the Role**
- Manage budgets and financial reporting to ensure our restaurant's success.
- Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional experiences
- Embody our values, personality and standards to our guests, staff and partners.
- Train and support staff to provide exceptional service in our dynamic environment.
- Streamline operations and maintain compliance with company procedures to keep things running smoothly.
- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders, guests, and our team for a seamless experience.
- Prioritize safety and compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Drive sales and continue to build a loyal customer base for our innovative restaurant.

**About You**
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work culture.
- Demonstrated ability to implement training programs and drive staff development.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Current qualifications as a Food Safety Supervisor preferred.
- Full work rights in Australia and valid RSA.
- Potential for visa sponsorship an option
- Approved Manager or Licensee accreditation and advantage.
