Pinnacle People are on the hunt for a Venue Supervisor to work at our prestigious client venues.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional person that is looking to step up in their hospitality career and work as part of a Food and Beverage management team.

While working and learning about how they run their daily systems, you will be overseeing banquet and event operations on the floor and in the bar with a team of about 30 - 40 staff that have a range of responsibilities.

Overseeing the day-to-day processes and supporting the team is crucial to this position.

**What you will have**:

- Proven experience in restaurants, cafes, or venues
- Exceptional presentation and grooming standards
- Confidence in presenting food & beverage offerings
- High calibre of customer service
- **MUST HAVE a valid RSA **or willing to obtain one
- Police Check or willing to obtain one
- Flexible availability with proven commitment
- Experience in function or banquet settings is highly regarded
- Have the following uniform or willing to purchase: Black tailored trousers, black long-sleeved business shirt, enclosed leather look shoes
