The role
- Your duties will include:
- Supervise and lead a team of administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance management-
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency-
- Coordinate and prioritise administrative tasks to meet deadlines and objectives-
- Administer and control all purchase orders and customer invoicing-
- Process all billing payments, raising any queries directly to Admin Manager-
- Assist managers in P&L preparation, budgets and forecasts-
- Assisting management with administrative projects as required- About you:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an administrative setting-
- Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint-
- Customer focused (internal & external)-
- Accurate and adhere to deadlines-
- Knowledge of procedures and systems-
- Proven ability to use spread sheets, word-processing, presentation, database and management information systems- Why Join Us:
