Our client is seeking to engage a
**Business Unit Coordinator - Administrator** on a temporary basis, Full Time Position.

**Responsibilities**

3 Business Unit Coordinator to support the Team and wider Business Unit as required with:

- ** Strong administration / PA, EA experience** with the ability to prioritise tasks, maintain confidentiality and multitask.
- Willingness to take on new tasks as required.
- A strong communicator who is a team player and has a nice energy about them.
- Executive Administration, meeting agendas and minutes, diary management and support with scheduling briefing notes, papers, and business cases
- Team event coordination and management
- Ordering and management of resources, stationery etc.,
- Supporting new stater onboarding, IT set up etc.,
- Coordination of junior admin resources
- Liaison with Executive Assistants
