**Job Description**:
As our new Inside Sales Account Manager you will ensure that existing merchants are satisfied with, and utilise the services provided which includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to successfully onboard new merchants, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring all merchants have received the tools and support needed to achieve their goals,
**Key Responsibilities include**
- Build strong relationships based on strategic alignment and adding value.
- Deliver sales training for merchants and their staff to improve their ability to convert qualified prospects into Payright transactions.
- Provide ongoing coaching and motivation of merchants and their staff.
- Utilise SugarCRM to record activity and track success metrics and KPI’s.
- Ensure merchants are aware of and are utilising Payright ‘new merchant’ onboarding material in addition to other marketing material available, promotional products, sales tools and point of sale material.
- Assist with the implementation of marketing plans, merchant/sales incentive programs and promotions
- Attend to merchant issues/complaints and general procedural matters relating to the overall conduct of our relationship with the merchant.
- Assist with general plan follow up / settlements as required
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in sales, customers service and/or account management.
- Strives for continuous improvements in job knowledge through training, education, and experience.
- As a frontline employee, able to identify merchant risk, reporting instances immediately back to the business.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills and the ability to handle competing demands.
- Ability to identify underlying issues or problem in the resolution of issues.
- Previous experience developing strong rapport in working relationships and effectively overcomes customer objections or concerns.
- Displays resilience, drive, confidence, strategic planning, and negotiation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to put together and deliver presentations.
