A unique opportunity exists to join OrangeTheory Fitness as a professional sales associate. This position will be responsible for seamlessly running our Front of House member experience and membership sales. With a passion for providing outstanding customer service, it will also be your responsibility to exceed members' expectations. - Strong understanding of member engagement and operational excellence.

- Positive, motivating, and practical communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
- Takes ownership of every role to obtain optimum results.
- Experience with KPIs and working toward sales targets.
- Flexible to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
