Your new job includes
- Be a key actor ensuring that profitability is achieved in alignment to the region’s goals and objectives while taking into consideration operational efficiency.
- Engage and coordinate with all internal support functions, locally and regionally and our customers to ensure timely stock fulfillment and implement the most optimal assortment and promotional activities to increase the overall turnover.
- Closely track customers’ sales performance and stock-on-hand and prepare forecasts and action plans to ensure timely optimal stock levels are maintained, onboard and shore-side.
- Build, manage and develop our customer relationships into long-term partnerships based on confidence and in alignment of our respective business objectives
- Lead price, terms and conditions’ negotiations with potential new distribution businesses in the cruise channel to maximise profitability while also ensuring that long term partnerships are achieved.
- Monitor, build and share market insights or trends to the Regional Sales Team to guide commercial and operational resolutions.

What you should bring along
- A degree in business, commerce or related discipline with at least 5 years of sales or customer account management experience within a multi-national travel retail industry.
- Relevant industry experience in cruise, either in retail sales and operations or in a similar capacity
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, Visio and Teams
- Proven customer management experience with a strong ability to link and build long term partnerships
- Strong financial, analytical and negotiation skills combined with sound business acumen
- Logical and rationale approach in problem solving with entrepreneurial mindset and passion
