Through their extensive knowledge of the property market and experienced team of in-house architects, designers and project managers, they pride themselves on completing each and every project efficiently and at the highest standard

This organisation have a number of successful projects underway, most of their apartments are sold before they’re even completed so rest assured, you will receive a large number of highly qualified prospective clients looking to make a move

**The Role**

With the opportunity to hit the ground running as a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for closing highly qualified leads generated from top notch marketing and directly from the NRL site to then move them across to the Sales Agents for them to close the business.

They are looking for a bright individual who has a keen understanding of the NRL and can converse with other footy fans

You will focus on understanding a clients requirements and then tailoring your service in line with their desire and budget. An understanding of the emotional sales journey a customer experiences through the buying process is therefore highly beneficial.

Supported by an exceptional team, once you have finalised your customer requirements, you will then book an appointment with a designated Sales Agent from your team to look after the prospective client until they purchase the property

**About YOU**
- A passion for the real estate market is highly desirable
- A good understanding of the NRL (Be able to speak the footy lingo with potential buyers)
- 6-12 months sales experience in any industry
- Previous new homes sales experience is advantageous
- Self sufficient, autonomous working mentality.
- Consultative based sales approach to understand clients needs and tailor the solution for them.
- Confident in closing deals.
- Curiosity to always learn.
