Our Talent Acquisition team delivers exceptional hiring experiences and solutions for our people and leaders. As a Talent Sourcing Partner, you’ll collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and stakeholders to design and execute sourcing strategies that align with business needs and workforce planning priorities. You’ll be part of a team that is building new capabilities and redefining how we engage talent.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Delivering proactive sourcing strategies across multiple talent segments
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring teams to understand role requirements and sourcing needs
- Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future hiring needs
- Using market insights and data to inform sourcing decisions and improve outcomes
- Engaging passive talent through social media, networking, and direct outreach
- Championing inclusive hiring practices and embedding DEI principles into sourcing approaches
- Contributing to strategic sourcing initiatives and talent community development
- Tracking and reporting on sourcing activity and pipeline health

- Can build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence sourcing and hiring decisions and outcomes
