**The Role**
As our Talent Sourcing Consultant you will develop and strengthen the strategic sourcing capability across the group. This will include identifying, building talent communities with a heavy focus on engaging passive external talent. Utiisng existing channels and exploring new ones, you’ll be active contributor to one of the group’s key strategic priorities it to provide the best digital services and experiences to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- tasman and wider Asia-Pacific region
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants & Talent Acquisition Leads to advise stakeholder on recruitment best practices and use market insights to support key hiring decisions
- Provide market maps utilising insights from relevant sources
- Define current and future skills requirements to deliver effective market mapping and identification of IT talent
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience and a passion for talent sourcing working in and internal, agency or RPO environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills with ensure you stay on-top of deadlines
- Strong and extensive stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
- Proven proactive sourcing skills not limited to the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek PTS
- Exceptional engagement and business partnering skills
- Strong data and digital literacy with a passion for new & emerging technologies or platforms that will assist in sourcing talent
- High competence of using ATS to track work
- Demonstrated experience engaging with external talent at all levels
