Sharp & Carter has partnered with a highly recognisable Australian organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner within their internal talent team.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established, high-performing function. The role will see you lead proactive sourcing strategies, workforce planning initiatives and pipeline development for key technology and data portfolios.

This position is ideal for an experienced TA professional with a background in RPO or large-scale internal recruitment who thrives in strategic, data-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and P&C leaders to deliver proactive, data-led talent strategies aligned to workforce plans
  • Build and maintain engaged talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill IT and data roles
  • Leverage market insights and analytics to guide strategic hiring decisions and workforce planning
  • Lead strategic sourcing activity through CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted campaigns
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the IT and Data portfolio

About You

  • Proven experience within large, complex environments (RPO or strong internal background preferred)
  • Strong track record delivering proactive sourcing and pipelining strategies for specialist or leadership roles
  • Skilled in using data and market insights to influence talent strategy and decision-making
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leaders
  • Strategic and forward-thinking, balanced with a hands-on approach to delivery
  • Experience with enterprise ATS or CRM systems)
