**About the Role**
Coming in to join our amazing team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, with a view to becoming permanent; the Talent Partner, will be responsible for delivering best in class recruitment services across a real diverse portfolio of roles. As a true specialist, you will partner with your key group of stakeholders and business units, consulting on best fit recruitment practices and providing tactical solutions to sourcing challenges.

You will use a variety of tools to execute strategic sourcing strategies and present qualified, crafted shortlists, creating bench and talent communities along the way. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of recruitment tools & processes, fly the BOQ, Virgin Money and the ME Bank flag at industry events and partake in really cool Employer Brand and EVP initiatives across multiple channels.

**About you**
You’re a people person through and through You love to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to a high volume, fast-paced workload. You’re an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a genuine passion for sourcing hidden talent. You pride yourself on your ability to talk with the business in their language and build personalised strategic sourcing strategies that work for them.

Your proactive attitude means that you see ideas turned into actions that you drive yourself and you pride yourself on your timely, consistent and first-rate delivery. That’s right, you’re an idea generator, you wear many hats and are a true team player who can work at pace in a dynamic environment.

As part of a bold challenger bank you will have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of our business. You will interact with key and senior stakeholders and gain exposure to working with BOQ’s Centres of Excellence in P&C.
