In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent across **Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime, and Regulatory functions**, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide **market insights, competitor intelligence, and hiring strategies** to support business growth in this critical area.

As an experienced TA Partner, you will have exceptional networks, well-developed sourcing skills and a strong headhunting capability. We are open to where you are coming from as long as you have a genuine passion and knowledge of the Banking and Financial Services Industry and you can hold your own, building relationships, and partnering with senior stakeholders providing expertise.

**What you will be doing**:

- End-to-end recruitment delivery
- Providing guidance and advice to key hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- As a trusted SME, you will partner with the business adding value through your market insights and approach to identifying and engaging top talents
- Implementing a structured talent sourcing strategy which includes the use of innovative tools, with additional sourcing and admin support from the team
- Working within a collaborative and supportive team of recruitment experts in the region

**Who you are**:

- An experienced TA Partner from an Agency, Internal or RPO environment
- You have a knowledge and understanding of the Risk and Compliance space within Banking and Financial Services sector
- Customer-driven and passionate about providing a high level of service
- A data-driven recruiter who understands the value of recruitment analytics, hiring trends, and market insights to drive strategic hiring decisions.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement & strong communications skills
- A team player who brings fun to the workplace and collaborates to deliver results
