AboutYour New Role
As our Talent Sourcing Specialist, your primary objective is to source, attract and guide great new talent into Australian Unity to support current and future hiring demand for our portfolio of Home Health and Residential Aged Care businesses in VIC, NSW and QLD.
** This role could be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
About you
Pivotal to your success, will be your ability to identify new market strategies, relationships, and innovation to assist with developing effective candidate pathways and to drive talent market mapping initiatives.
Does this sound like you?
- Experience within a recruiting or sourcing role, from previous Agency or Internal/RPO roles, including a successful track record of strategic and creative sourcing for a diverse and varied portfolio.
- Working within an AI recruitment environment/systems would be highly regarded
- Previous work experience within the Health/Aged Care sector would be useful but is not mandatory.
- Experience with developing and growing both talent communities and effective candidate management strategies which grow relationships and talent connection to brand and EVP (Employee Value Proposition).
- Effectively able to communicate our EVP to passive candidates through various communication, social media and tech channels.
- Experience developing partnerships with community organisations, education and learning institutions and other social enterprise businesses to develop effective and consistent talent pathways.
- High level stakeholder engagement and team collaboration skills and approach
