**Job Title**:Office Administrator**

Our Perth office is growing and we are looking for an administrator to support the general day to day office requirements and support all departments with administration support.

Key Accountabilities
- Working collaboratively across the office to support all areas and service teams.
- Managing Reception duties, phones and office guests and visitors while ensuring the office is safe, clean and welcoming.
- Ensuring coverage in the office during core hours and have flexibility to work on occasion where we have need outside core hours.
- Provide professional and efficient admin support with office supplies including stationary, pantry stock, mail collection, catering, maintenance and repairs organisation, couriers, etc.
- Support and organise as directed company events and conferences that Petrofac may attend.
- Supporting teams with tender preparation and submission, printing, binding, and keeping registers up to date.
- Administration and preparation of company letters, office filing and records, and SharePoint folders for corporate templates.
- Contributing to team deadlines and supporting where possible with formatting and collating documents.
- Supporting with due diligence processing in collaboration with group compliance for all suppliers and contractors as requested.
- Fostering strong relationships with all team members both in the office and on other sites.
- To ensure that all systems & processes required to provide this service both internally and externally are adhered to at all times and are updated as legislation and processes are amended.
- Demonstrating creativity to identify solutions to ensure we are always represented as best in industry.
