**About the role**
Reporting to the SAED Manager, the Property Officer will be responsible for delivery of all property functions associated with the acquisition of new and existing facilities as part of the SAED program delivery.

The role will be based out our new offices in Cremorne and will be working in a hybrid working environment.

We are open to Juniors and Property Consultants from all industries.

**What you will be doing**
- Acting responsibly, taking care of self and others with respect to health, safety and the environment
- Liaising with landowners and legal providers for tenancy negotiations, licenses and other agreements
- Assisting Town Planner’s in discussions with external stakeholders
- Providing general advice to inform and support wider SAED team
- Actively use internal and external work management systems to track and report on progress of work

**About you**
- Formal Property, Land or Environmental qualification at a tertiary level
- Applicable certifications to allow dealings in relevant jurisdictions (desirable)
- Ability to understand and negotiate tenure agreements within client’s guidelines
- Relevant experience within wireless projects for a major carrier
