S&K Property Group is a vibrant company located in South Yarra. We are specialise in Project sales and Marketing and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team.
At S&K Property, we will provide training and our senior sales will guide you through to close sales.
We have exclusive access to projects for different types of properties such as, apartments, townhouses, luxury house, house and land packages.
We will provide a sales platform for our sales team with organising events, seminars, property expo, events sponsors, and other events to support our sales team to get more leads.
We have a friendly working environment with high & unlimited bonus if you perform well. Besides that, our company has a lot of other benefits such as, self-performance bonus, team-performance bonus, and etc.
- Provide guidance and consultation to buyers in purchasing property
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, etc)
- Guide buyers to inspection, negotiation, and sign contracts
- Must have knowledge in Real Estate industry and get to know the market in the area of the projects.
- Have passionate in real estate industry
- Have Agent’s Sale Representative certificates
- Team player and outstanding communication skills
- Resilient, motivated and energetic
- Part-time / Full-time Position available
