Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible to play a vital role between clients and the company
- Work with Sales Director / Team Leaders on understanding of client’s requirements
- Have an active Client facing role, whilst managing specific key clients and helping them understand the investment and buying process
- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business and opportunities
- Developing a good understanding of client’s needs
- Establish and maintain good relationship / rapport as well as networking with clients
- Ensure each sales transaction process is delivered to the client’s expectations
- Utilize various channels (online networking sites, network events, cold calling etc.) to source for opportunities
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets set
- Any other assigned tasks

Professionals we are looking for
- 1-2 years of sales experience will be a advantage(Real estate industry related sales is an added advantage)
- Passionate about sales and engaging customers
- Ability to think creatively and highly driven
- Target oriented and a team player
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with different levels of client base
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Casual, Internship, Graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $39,911.00 - $127,163.00 per year
