**Job summary**

Martinus are seeking a Submissions Assistant to join our Growth team. The Submissions Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Submissions team to ensure tender submissions, EOIs and proposals are compiled and submitted on time according to client requirements.

This role will work as part of the Submissions team and work with key stakeholders to collect all required information and provide formatting and proofreading support to ensure high quality bid/tender submissions.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative assistance in the coordination of all tender submissions, EOIs and proposals for Submission team
- Provide assistance in the organisation and coordination of technical information between various and multiple business units
- Timely and effective management of multiple concurrent tasks
- Assisting in gathering, sorting, and proofing of information from various departments and stakeholders
- Assist in the close out and submission process of tender submissions, EOIs and proposals
- Maintaining document control systems and procedures for the Submissions team

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**
- Administration experience, ideally within construction or a related industry
- High leve of organisation and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
