**Job Description**:
Based in the Sydney CBD office, this sought after role presents you with a fantastic opportunity to utilise and further enhance your strong administration and interpersonal skills. You will be supporting an industry leading team working within a driven, dynamic and fast paced environment. Supporting the New South Wales based Tenant Advisory team, you will actively collaborate with our teams nationally on a variety of initiatives to accelerate and celebrate the success of our teams and clients alike.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Working with Operators to co-ordinate the collations of reports, submissions, and other documentation.
- Provide support to all members of the team throughout all stages of a lease transaction by assisting with various tasks.
- Coordinating and participating in team meetings, recording and distributing minutes if requested.
- Proactively assist in the production of marketing materials.
- Update team database and track record to ensure relevant and complete information is at hand for submissions.
- Managing online materials on both Colliers website and third-party websites.
- Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as necessary.

**Qualifications**:
**To meet the challenge of this busy role, you will bring the following skills and experience**:

- Recent and relevant experience demonstrating skills in a similar transferrable role (preferably within residential or commercial real estate).
- Strong MS Office skills; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
- Experience using InDesign, CRM and Marketing Cloud will be an advantage.
- Professional communication skills.
