**About this role**:
Join one of Australia's most celebrated Architecture firms as the new Submissions Leader based in their Sydney studio.

As Submissions Leader you will coordinate the wider brand and communications team and assist the senior leadership team in managing all submissions and tender related activities.

This role will suit a motivated and proactive professional with a sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage all submissions related activities across all studios
- Support senior leadership in identifying potential bids and opportunities, preparing bids and submissions, and tracking progress
- Manage and coordinate team resources for the creation of submissions
- Manage and coordinate the development and maintenance of submission related materials, including text and graphic content, project sheets, capabilities
- Periodically report to, and seek feedback from, senior leadership on new business opportunities, actively pursued submissions, and past submission outcome
- Champion the full suite of brand guidelines within the work of the submissions team, specifically our Brand Identity and Brand Voice guidelines
- Review submissions for quality, consistency, content and appropriateness
- Liaise with the Head of Brand and Communications in coordinating any activities that may overlap between PR and Submissions.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a sound knowledge and understanding of the Architecture and Design industry
- Knowledge of Adobe suite, in particular Indesign, a must
- A flair for copywriting, grammar rules, proof-reading and ability to communicate architectural concepts
- Excellent strategic and analytic problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure and meet deadlines with a high-quality output.
- Motivated, proactive, well organised and with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise activities in a fluid environment
- Collaborative leadership style able to support and drive the team under pressure and to deadlines
