Organisational Change Manager needed for a 12-month contract with 12-month extension.
**Your new company**
Hays Technology in Brisbane are currently working with a large state Government department in Queensland who are committed to building a culture that respects and promotes human rights, inclusion and diversity.

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager within a Digitisation Program

**Your new role**
In your new role you will lead the development and delivery of change plans focused on delivering outcomes and benefits. You will identify stakeholders and impacts to develop appropriately scaled change solutions for the implementation of a new solutions, redesigned business processes and new organisational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential points of resistance to change and develop strategies to reduce resistance and address doubts and uncertainty surrounding the change to foster a positive acceptance of change.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships, formal arrangements and strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders to assess the readiness of the organisation, ensuring a strong commitment to change management.
- Create specific change management plans, including communications and training plans to lead employees through structured change management activities so there is consistency in adopting change for every employee, project team and work unit as well as:

- Training analysis & planning and co-ordinating activities
- Supporting implementation and embedding activities
- Knowledge transfer activities to build organisational change capability and maturity

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 4+ years’ experience as a Change Manager or Organisational Change Manager.
- A relevant degree or relevant qualification in organisational change management. (Desirable)
- Collaborate closely with project managers and relevant business executives to ensure the desired business outcomes are achieved.
- Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
