SKG Radiology is proudly West Australian and proud partners of the West Coast Eagles, Perth Wildcats, Perth Lynx, Perth Heat, West Coast Fever and Subiaco Football club. Established in 1981, SKG Radiology is recognised for its excellence in providing consistent patient care and a wide range of professional services from X-rays to Ultrasounds, LOW-DOSE CT scans, MRI’s and Nuclear Medicine.

With a workforce of 600 health professionals and support staff to keep us on our toes, you’ll be kept engaged and challenged by the many exciting and extraordinary issues and experiences that working in HR brings.

Our modern office space, whilst resembling a rainforest for its plentiful indoor greenery, is situated in revitalised Subiaco so you’re never far away from your latte, banh mi or local pubs and restaurants. Or hang out in the air con enjoying the city views whilst eating your lunch. If you enjoy baking, our friendly admin team partake in a fortnightly office ‘Bake-off’ morning tea and for those who don’t bake, Coles is just downstairs

Reporting direct to the HR Manager, this Generalist role will provide you variety in your work day and includes:

- Recruitment, onboarding and inductions
- Employment law i.e. employment contracts and employment documentation
- Health & Safety and Workers Compensation
- Coaching managers on HR/IR/ER related matters
- Reviewing and updating of HR Policies and Procedures
- Performance management and investigations
- Providing advice and support to managers and supervisors
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

Ideally we are seeking someone who has:

- A true generalist background with experience in all of the above areas
- A minimum of 3+ years HR generalist experience
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to think of the next step and/or implications of own actions or advice provided
