SKG Radiology is proudly West Australian and proud partners of the West Coast Eagles, Perth Wildcats, Perth Lynx, Perth Heat, West Coast Fever and Subiaco Football club. Established in 1981, SKG Radiology is recognised for its excellence in providing consistent patient care and a wide range of professional services from X-rays to Ultrasounds, LOW-DOSE CT scans, MRI’s and Nuclear Medicine. Market-leading technology including EOS weight bearing x-ray and the latest 3T MRI scanners keeps SKG Radiology at the forefront of diagnostic imaging innovation.

We seek a proactive and enthusiastic individual with an understanding of HR principles and practices, to work as a Human Resources Administration Officer within our small HR Team.

Responsible to the HR Manager, the principle responsibilities include:

- End to end recruitment and on-boarding
- Maintaining data and records
- Administering the orientation and new starter process
- Drafting of employment contracts, letters and other HR related correspondence
- Coordination of HR tasks such as uniforms, annual staff survey, SKG internal staff newsletter

We seek someone with the following attributes and qualities:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Demonstrated attention to detail skills
- Proactive with the ability to think ahead or of the next steps
- Ability to understand the implications of own actions or advice provided
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
- Above average computer literacy skills i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet

This position requires the successful applicant to travel to all SKG branches to conduct interviews, along with other business related matters. A reliable vehicle and current drivers licence is a pre-requisite of this position. There is an approximate 70/30 time split between our head office in Subiaco (70) and out in the field at the branches (30). Business related car parking and kilometres will be reimbursed.

This position is available for an immediate start.
