A little bit about the role
You will publish impactful, fit-for-purpose content on the City of Boroondara’s consultation website, Your Say Boroondara.
**As the Engagement Content Officer, you will**:
find the best ways to present complex information in digestible formats, edit content prior to publishing, in line with WCAG 2.1AA and the Australian Government style manual
track content versions and approvals from stakeholders to ensure content is accurate
report on analytics to support continuous improvement and increased public participation

About You
You will have a tertiary qualification in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Collaborate effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary Strategic Communication department consisting of teams in community engagement, strategic communications, media and advocacy, employee communications and brand, channels and production.
Contribute to transparent and wide-reaching consultation through your skills laying out information in digestible and visually engaging formats.
Maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels, including peers in the Digital Experience team.
